At KSV, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review the following Return & Refund Policy.

1. Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return within 14 days from the date of delivery, provided that:

  • The product is unused and in its original condition.

  • The product remains in its original packaging with all seals, labels, and accessories intact.

  • The product is not damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling after delivery.

  • Proof of purchase is provided.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Opened or used cosmetics and beauty products.

  • Personal care products with broken seals.

  • Gift cards and promotional items.

  • Products marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must notify our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery.

To process your request, we may require:

  • Order number.

  • Photos of the product and packaging.

  • A description of the issue.

Upon verification, KSV may offer a replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund, as appropriate.

4. Return Process

To initiate a return request:

  1. Contact KSV Customer Support.

  2. Provide your order number and reason for the return.

  3. Follow the instructions provided by our customer service team.

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

5. Refunds

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.

  • Cash on Delivery orders may be refunded via bank transfer, wallet transfer, or another agreed method.

  • Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.

Shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item supplied by KSV.

6. Exchanges

Products may be exchanged subject to stock availability and compliance with the conditions outlined in this policy.

7. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to a customer preference (such as changing their mind), the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs.

  • If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, KSV will bear the applicable return shipping costs.

8. Cancellation of Orders

Orders may be cancelled before they are processed or shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will instead be subject to this Return & Refund Policy.
